B2C Mobile App (2021 – 07/2025): The highest-frequency digital touchpoint of a national energy retailer: inherited slow and unstable, rebuilt, and pushed past the competition.
Online Customer Area (2021 – 07/2025): The web half of the self-service model, run as direct product manager alongside the app.

Meter-to-Cash Programme (08/2025 – 09/2026): Managerial ownership of the IT & Digital portfolio behind the full chain from meter reading to cash collection, for a customer base of one million supply points.
Metering & Master Data (08/2025 – 09/2026): A meter-data platform and a master data management layer as the foundation of the billing chain.
Billing & Invoicing (08/2025 – 09/2026): Bill redesign, hourly billing and the replatforming of the customer communication engine.
Credit & Collections (08/2025 – 09/2026): Credit management platform renewal, payment-method shift and automation of the collections cycle.
Regulatory Compliance Delivery (08/2025 – 09/2026): Turning a continuous stream of energy-authority resolutions into delivered IT changes, on fixed legal deadlines.
Customer Care, Claims & Feedback (08/2025 – 09/2026 (claims and after-sales); survey delivered in the previous role): Closing the loop between what customers say and what the organisation changes, and automating the regulated part of it.

Technology Leadership & Governance (2022 – present): A cross-cutting mandate held in parallel with every other role: how the direction delivers, what it runs on, and what it knows.
Agile & SAFe Delivery (2022 – present): Adoption of scaled agile ways of working and end-to-end optimisation of the release process.
Cloud Operations & DevOps (2022 – present): Cloud migration, DevOps adoption and disciplined application lifecycle management across the digital estate.

Vodafone Group Data Centre Operations & Lifecycle (2017–2020): Three years inside the group data centre estate of a global telecom operator: keeping 24 European sites healthy, and retiring what no longer earned its space.
Vodafone Group Technology Innovation Center (2020–2021): Turning technology scouting into a governed pipeline: from radar entry to a productised service the group could actually adopt.
FCA France wiAdvisor Dealer Rollout (2017): Digital service reception rolled out across a national dealer network, one site at a time.
The Way Of Life (CyberCoconut) (2015–2016): Co-founded a four-person studio and shipped a narrative game to a million downloads. Everything outside the code was mine to solve.
ERP Modernisation AS400 to Dynamics 365 (2020): Switching off AS/400 at two Italian manufacturers, and translating what the business actually did into requirements a system integrator could build.
AWS Cloud Training (2021–2023): Teaching cloud fundamentals to roughly a hundred people, in parallel with a full-time corporate role.

Data Platform & Analytics: Customer intelligence built on a governed lakehouse rather than on channel-local reporting.

weRank (H2 2018): A fantasy league for competitive League of Legends, built on Riot's public match data. We had the data and we had the formulas, and never got to run one against the other.
